    Overview of School Development Plan

    Continue to improve the outcomes for all pupils, ensuring that pupils achieve the very best they can, make sustained and substantial progress and develop resilience

  • Leadership and Management
    • To improve further the behaviour of all pupils in school and support behaviour management strategies of staff
    • To ensure that staff continue to focus on progress and attainment of disadvantage pupils 
    • To ensure that the progress made by all pupils, especially the disadvantaged pupils, is rising
    • To ensure that there  is a full governing board in place, (including a new Chair of Governors), which has a good spread of qualities and skills, which is able to scrutinise and challenge a range of  accurate information provided to the governors by the school
    • To illicit stakeholders’ views
    • To continue to have effective Appraisal Procedures in place
    • To develop a professional working environment, where staff feel trusted and where there is an open dialogue between all staff and leaders so that standards are raised
