Leadership and Management
- To improve further the behaviour of all pupils in school and support behaviour management strategies of staff
- To ensure that staff continue to focus on progress and attainment of disadvantage pupils
- To ensure that the progress made by all pupils, especially the disadvantaged pupils, is rising
- To ensure that there is a full governing board in place, (including a new Chair of Governors), which has a good spread of qualities and skills, which is able to scrutinise and challenge a range of accurate information provided to the governors by the school
